Cathy Lipsky is a long-time educator for the Arvigo® Institute since 2001. She is among the first certified health professionals to bring The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® to the U.S. from Central America. As a nurse practitioner, she is able to meld western medical expertise with the Arvigo® traditional approach to create a better understanding as to why certain pathologies arise and how to best support healing and bring the body back into harmony. Combining this practice of body, mind and spirit, she has supported her clients to journey this life in a more balanced way. She practices in New York at the Healing Collective NY in White Plains. Laurie Frazier began her journey with the Arvigo® Institute in 2011 and became an Arvigo® educator in 2015. She brings forth her passion for sharing this deep, profound work with both students and clients. With a massage practice in New Hampshire, Laurie utilizes Arvigo® Therapy, Restorative Massage, and Bach Flower Remedies to help create balance within the body-mind. She has great respect for all the belly holds and our relationship to it. With a desire to help others appreciate and make peace with the belly, Laurie also offers Belly-Love: Transform your Relationship with your Sacred Center, one day classes for those who want to begin, or continue, the process of deepening their relationship to this sacred place within.
