Dive deep into the healing traditions passed down to Dr. Rosita Arvigo via Don Elijio Panti. Self massage, anatomy, physiology, pelvis steams/soaks, castor oil therapy, herbal support, plant spirit medicine, tension patterns in the body, the history and lineage of this work and more.
Immerse yourself into this work as a living experience.
An intimate, cameras on live event, with a 2 hour break each scheduled day. There will be several opportunities to learn experientially with your hands and eyes away from the screen practicing the self-care massage and meditation. Please note that attendance to all three sessions is required to get a certificate. This workshop is not recorded for privacy reasons.
Dates and Times
This course is 3 consecutive Tuesdays (12th, 19th and 26th March), 11am - 7pm EST, live with cameras on, on Zoom with a 2 hour break each day (17 hours excluding breaks).
Proposed Teaching Timings: EST 11am to 7pm
PST 8am - 4pm
UK 4pm - 12am
There is a 2 hour break about midway each day usually around 2:30pm.
There are no requirements for this entry level course. For practitioners, the Self-Care Workshop is the first level of training with the Arvigo® Institute and is a prerequisite for Professional Care Training.

Fee includes Self-Care color manual emailed to you, additional supportive material in electronic format, certificate of completion at the end of the course.
This is an intimate live online class on zoom. This schedule is 3 weekdays across 3 weeks. This schedule is unique in that there is time between days to process the learning and experiential exercises in class time such as meditations and conversations delving into the mind body connection. There is a 2 hour break midway in each day which also gives time to process and do day today necessities in the outside world and yet still participate in the work this class offers for you inner world.
This class will be taught by Lisa Kelly.
10% of the total cost of every for class is tithing. This tithing is split three ways. A third goes to the Itzamna Society - Don Elijio's descendants who protect the sacred forest at the Elijio Panti National Park in Belize. A third goes to Walther Cholotio, a Tz'utujil Maya Fire and Daykeeper in Guatemala. The final third goes to supporting indigenous healers and/or environmental care projects on the land trainings are held. You can learn more at our Giving Back page.
