Professional Care Training

It is an honor to support your desire to carry this sacred work and to tend the bellies and spirits of all those who seek your care.

This 5.5-day training is designed for the professional who has completed the Arvigo® Self-Care Training: Level One and wants to deepen their understanding of this work and offer whole body treatments to the client.  In addition to reviewing basic anatomy and physiology of the abdomen & pelvis, structural alignment of the hips and sacrum will be addressed, and herbal & supportive modalities will be explored.

Successful completion of PCT allows the participant to move on to Certification: Level 3 and/or Pregnancy & Postpartum Care Training.  NCBTMB approved for 36.5 CEs.

Pricing

$1850 USD (lodging/meals separate). Deposit of $555 USD paid directly to the Arvigo® Institute (via paypal) is required to register.

Lodging and Meals

Lodging and meals will be provided at Cross River Wilderness Centre. 8 cabins double occupancy are set aside for this class. 

Vegetarian and other special diet requirements are available with advanced notice.

$1140 + tax CAD per person for lodging and meals for the 6 nights (based on double occupancy). You will need to contact the Centre directly to reserve and pay for your lodging and meals. Additional nights accommodation may be available upon request.

Prerequisite

In order to do this training you are required to have taken the Arvigo® Self Care course either in person or online AND hold a license to practice bodywork in your state/country, if applicable. Please direct any queries about applicable licensing requirements to your teacher.

Tithing

A third of what the Arvigo® Institute receives for every class is tithing. This tithing will be split four ways, with one fourth going to the Itzamna Society, Don Elijio's descendants who protect the sacred forest at the Elijio Panti National Park in Belize, one fourth going to Dr. Rosita Arvigo in gratitude for her life's work, another fourth going to Maya healers/projects and a final fourth going to support indigenous healers/projects on the land the training is being held or to specific indigenous land care projects for online classes.
