It is an honor to support your desire to carry this sacred work and tend the bellies and spirits of all those who seek your care.
This 5.5-day training is designed for the bodyworker who has completed an Arvigo® Self-Care Training and now wants to deepen into their understanding of this work by being able to offer anterior and posterior treatments to their clients. In addition to addressing basic anatomy and physiology of the abdomen, structural alignment of the hips and sacrum - herbal and nutritional support will be addressed.

Location and Facilitator
Taught by Laurie Frazier, this PCT class will take place at 1 Fisher Ave, Concord Area, New Hampshire.
Dates and Times
Class starts on Tuesday, January 31st 2023 at 1:30pm until 5:30.
Daily Class Schedule after January 31st: Class begins each morning at 9:00am, break for 90-minute lunch, class ends at 5:30 pm.
The course ends on Sunday, February 5th 2023 at 5:30pm.
Pricing
$1795 (USD) (lodging separate).
Lodging
You are responsible for your own lodging during this training. There are many reasonable
lodging options within 15 minutes of the center. Searches on Google, Expedia, Airbnb, etc. will give you
results. A list of lodging options will also be emailed to all registrants upon completion.
Meals
All meals are on your own. Coffee, tea and water will be available throughout the training. You are
welcomed and encouraged to bring your own snacks. You are welcome to bring your lunch with you to eat
at the center or you can eat out. There is a refrigerator and microwave available at the center for student
use. There are many restaurants/stores within 10-15 minutes of the center.

Prerequisite
In order to do this training you are required to have taken the Arvigo® Self Care course either in person or online AND hold a license to practice bodywork in your state/country, if applicable. Please direct any queries about applicable licensing requirements to your teacher.

By car: 1 Fisher Ave, Boscawen, NH 03303
By air: Manchester Boston Regional Airport (MHT) or Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)
By bus: Concord, New Hampshire, Bus Station about 10 minutes from the center.
Tithing
10% of the total cost of every for class is tithing. This tithing is split three ways. A third goes to the Itzamna Society - Don Elijio's descendants who protect the sacred forest at the Elijio Panti National Park in Belize. A third goes to Walter Cholotio, a Tz'utujil Maya Fire and Daykeeper in Guatemala. The final third goes to supporting indigenous healers and/or environmental care projects on the land trainings are held. You can learn more at our Giving Back page.
