About the Event
Join Lisa Kelly and dive deep into the healing traditions passed down to Dr. Rosita Arvigo via Don Elijio Panti. Self massage, anatomy, physiology, pelvis steams/soaks, castor oil therapy, herbal support, plant spirit medicine, understanding tension patterns in the body, the history and lineage of this work and much more.
Anyone may register for this class. This weekend is open to all adults who wish to tend their bodies with reverence and care. No prior training or licensing is required. Continuing education credits are available. Self Care Level 1 is approved by the Florida State Board of Massage Therapy (17.5 hrs).
The class fee includes a Self-Care manual and private thirty minute educational session with an Arvigo practitioner.
Healthy snacks and tea are provided. Bring your own lunch or enjoy the restaurants that are within walking distance during lunch time. Dress in comfortable clothing and feel free to bring your own cushions, props, yoga mats, blankets or whatever you require to be comfortable during our time together.
