Online Self Care Teacher Training

Accompanied by the online portal and participation in a real-time class the following weekend, this training prepares Arvigo® Therapists/Belly Care Providers to teach this beautiful work to their in person and virtual communities.  

Our first week together involves co-teaching a whole class in the safety of a community container, and pre-assignments are given to all participants upon registration. You must show up to class prepared to teach your segment (yay!).

Registration closes July 2nd to allow two weeks of preparation prior to commencement.  You are required to also attend the live online Self Care the following weekend.

August 2nd  6pm to 10 pm EST (August 3rd 10 am to 2 pm NZT)

August 3rd 2 pm to 10 pm EST (August 4th  6 am to 2 pm NZT )

August 4th  2 pm to 10pm EST (August 5th  6 am to 2 pm NZT )
