Rainforest Remedies

We ensure you are fully satisfied by standing behind our products. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from Rainforest Remedies, call our office at 603-588-2571 within 60 days of purchase to arrange a refund, exchange, or credit. Please retain the receipt included with the shipped product for reference when you call.
 
Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the reason for the return is because of our error.
 
We ship all products by US Postal Service Priority or First Class. We are unable to provide other shipping options.
 
If an item you ordered is out of stock or not available, we will contact you to determine how you would like us to handle your order.
 
Limits to our Return Policy
 
We are not able to accept returns for international orders and there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds available on materials that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients.
 

Rainforest Remedies Return/Replacement Policy

 

The following policy governs all returns or replacements for Rainforest Remedies:

  • Within 30 days of purchase, you may return for refund or replacement any product sold by Rainforest Remedies which does not meet your approval and which you have not altered or combined with any other product. Replacement applies only to the same product.

  • Within 30 days of purchase you may return for exchange any product sold by Rainforest Remedies for any other product sold by Rainforest Remedies which you have not altered, used, or combined with any other product. The product provided for exchange will be provided with the value of the returned product credited but any additional amount due and shipping of the replacement product will be your responsibility.

All shipping charges incurred for merchandise returned to Rainforest Remedies is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the product is clearly defective or has been shipped by Rainforest Remedies in error.
