My goal is to help you achieve better physical/functional movement and relaxation, and overall physical, mental, emotional health through a fully holistic and integrative approach, centering the body, mind and spirit in all aspects and modalities that you want to use (physical/fitness, emotional/mental, nutritional, etc. ). In terms of Arvigo Therapy, I personally have benefited from this technique, having Crohn's Disease and myriad menstral issues with debilitating pain that were resolved for me with Arvigo (Endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, and polyps). This was such a significant part of my own healing journey and given I was already a massage therapist at the time, I happily trained and added this to my repertoir to help others on their healing journeys. I work in person in NYC and Florence and also virtually.

Questa è stata una parte così significativa del mio viaggio di guarigione e dato che all'epoca ero già un massaggiatrice, mi sono addestrata felicemente e l'ho aggiunto al mio repertorio per aiutare gli altri nei loro viaggi di guarigione.
