I am an Arvigo Practitioner and holistic massage therapist, specialised in Fertility Awareness.
I offer the abdominal massage based on the teachings of Dr. Rosita Arvigo, a nurturing massage with profound benefits, combined with other holistic massages. I give consultations to women about how they can observe, understand and take care of their menstrual cycle and support their fertility and female health in a natural way.
