Hi, I'm Janet! in 2016 I graduated with high honours from a 2200 hr massage therapy program and have been passionate about working with clients on a mind, body, soul level ever since.
In 2009 I graduated from university with a BA in psychology and began working with brain injured adults and special needs children,. After several years I began to realize that I wanted to learn so much more about the body and how the body and mind work together which had brought me to massage. Massage flooded open my purpose and now 5 years later I am also an Arvigo® Therapist, reiki master, Qoya teacher, and certified yoga teacher. I practice from the heart in sacred space to honour the journey of each client as I assist them on their wellness path using massage modalities such as swedish massage, advanced deep tissue techniques, fascial decompression, meridian massage and acupressure, applied reflexology for massage, and the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®
