I am a Board Certified Holistic Women's Healthcare Nurse Practitioner since 1984, with a specialty in urogynecology, holistic nursing., and energy medicine.
I began studying with Rosita Arvigo in 2000 and became a practitioner and instructor in her program since 2003 and 2004.
The abdominal therapy techniques are the missing link in my health care of women. I specialize in pelvic health, menstrual issues, menopause, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, use of pessaries, fertility support, herbal support, spiritual guidance, and ceremonies to honor and celebrate life's special events.
As a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner, I also specialize in energy healing for chronic health issues and for balance and wellness.
I started Full Heart Health and Healing in Denver to help guide people to find "Joy on the Journey" as we navigate life's ebbs and flows together. Come on along... it's a gentle ride.
