I’m a graduate of Florida School of Massage with more than 2500 hours of therapeutic massage and bodywork training and 25 years of hands on experience. With a love of learning I have traveled all over the world to study with masters. More than a dozen trips to Thailand have given me a strong foundation in Thai massage. In Belize, Mexico and throughout the states I had the honor of studying Maya Abdominal Therapy with Dr. Rosita Arvigo and senior instructors. I am also a yoga instructor and I teach alignment based classes that are spiritual, playful and joyful. I am passionate about the healing potential of bodywork and strive to meet the therapeutic needs of each client.
