My name is Selah Carr and I am a massage therapist, yoga instructor and Arvigo Technique of Maya Abdominal Therapy practitioner in the beautiful city of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. I am particularly passionate about women's health and well-being and delight in assisting women in their journeys with menstruation, fertility, birth, easeful menopause and general body, mind and spirit connection. My training has included 550+ hours of massage training at the Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute, 200 hours of yoga teacher training, over 100 hours of Arvigo Technique of Maya Abdominal Therapy, and countless hours of personal research into many facets of health and well-being, just to nerd out.
