About :
I am a Certified Clinical Herbalist trained in the Vitalist Tradition of Herbal Medicine. I graduated from the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism in 2016, a 1,255 hour program consisting of education in Vitalist Western Herbalism, botany, herbal medicine making and formulation, flower essences, nutrition, anatomy and physiology, pathology and herbal safety.
I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Missouri (#2017011143). I am a graduate of the Denver Integrative Massage School, with training in Western and Thai massage. Additionally, I am a Certified Practitioner of The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®, with over 100 hours of training through the Arvigo Institute, LLC in hands-on bodywork therapy, anatomy and physiology, traditional herbal medicines of the rainforest, nutrition, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, and fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care.
I grew up in St. Louis and moved back in 2016 after several years of study in various part of the country. I am absolutely thrilled to return to my roots, offering herbal consultations and Arvigo Therapy® sessions to the local community of my hometown. I truly believe in the power of these therapies and offering this work to others is one of the most life-giving and soul-enriching things I have ever done. I am humbled to work with and learn from the Vital Force within each client, that deep intelligence that knows just what each of us needs to heal and become more whole. I am committed to walking alongside you on your path to healing and wellness.
When I'm not seeing clients, I enjoy playing the banjo and fiddle, spending time with my husband, growing vegetables and medicinal plants on our urban farm, rompin' around with our dog, Ozzie, and tending to our backyard ducks and bees.
