Meli Leon, LMT, has been a professional Arvigo Practitioner since 2015 and is passionate about the journey toward motherhood and the postpartum timeframe. She is a survivor of PMADs and a board member of Postpartum Support International - Arizona Chapter. She started The Nurtured Mama in 2012, after 20 years in the corporate world, and has been an entrepreneur ever since. She holds a bachelors degree from The University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Binghamton University in New York.
