Lindsay is an intuitive facilitator of healing, Arvigo Practitioner, Reiki practitioner, and health educator. Her main focus is to awaken divine feminine energy to empower self healing. Divine feminine energy is an elevated, ego-diminished, non-judgmental, state of BEing that transcends the human mind. A state of awareness that is connected to the wisdom of the heart, and to a loving, harmonious, and peaceful life. People of any gender or non-specific gender can access divine feminine energy as a route to the Higher Self, and to healing the Soul. She is also a Registered Nurse with Bachelors degrees in Nursing and Health Science Education.

Lindsay began her womb healing journey 5 months postpartum with the Arvigo Self Care course in 2016. She experienced such profound healing that shortly after she became an Arvigo practitioner herself in order to help others in need of healing. As a practitioner of the Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Therapy® Lindsay aims to aid the body to restore optimal flow. Lindsay has a passion for facilitating healing mother earth, family, holistic health care, herbalism, sound healing, nutrition, movement therapy, and health science education.
