Vanessa is a Licensed Massage Therapist who is additionally trained in The Arvigo Techniques ®, Zero Balancing ®, Reiki, and Lifestyle Coaching for improved wellness and work/life balance. She is also experienced in providing workshops on a variety of personal and professional development topics such as personal productivity, stress management, and effective teams in the workplace. She has served as an adjunct lecturer of psychology at various colleges throughout Connecticut, and travels to area businesses providing team development support.
