I am a board certified Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and I graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM), the oldest accredited naturopathic medical university in North America and one of the most respected in the world. In addition to my doctorate degree, I spent three years studying integrative mental health with techniques focusing on the mind-body connection and I love to incorporate those techniques into my practice.

Symptoms and disease are our body’s way of telling us there is an imbalance. The conventional model of medicine often uses pharmaceutical medication and invasive procedures to manage symptoms, but I believe there is a more holistic approach available to us that provides sustainable healing. My philosophy and approach to medicine is to listen to what the body is saying, putting this information together to understand the "big picture", and creating a tailored treatment plan to address the root cause of disease.

As a ND I use a wide range of treatment modalities including clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, targeted nutraceuticals, specialty laboratory testing, bodywork/massage, lifestyle modifications, flower essences, and when absolutely needed pharmaceutical medications. My goal as a practitioner is to aide you in finding optimal balance and wellness in mind, body, and spirit. The body knows how to heal, it just needs the chance to do so by removing the obstacles in its way. I am professionally certified in Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage and Integrative Pelvic Floor Therapy. I often integrate these bodywork therapies into the holistic treatment plan for patients, but I also provide these services as a stand alone for those who do not need the additional medical services.
