Hello. I am Jade (she/her), a Momma, Midwife, Pelvic Care Specialist and Medicine Woman that brings ancient wisdom and healing practices into our modern day. I believe these traditional roots continue to offer us healing and a lifestyle that holds the potential for the greatest health and peace. I weave over 24 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife and Licensed Massage Therapist utilizing Arvigo® Therapy, Holistic Pelvic Care™, Energy Medicine, Flower Essence Therapy, and Herbal Medicine. As a lifelong dancer and JourneyDance™ Facilitator, I explore and facilitate conscious movement practices and ritual. I am currently studying Restore your Core® Movement/Exercise Practice.

Utilizing the gifts of trained, intuitive touch and energy medicine, I facilitate the awareness, release and transformation of physical and energetic patterns that inhibit optimal health and expression of one’s full self. Awakening the healing potential and empowering clients with self care tools are at the core of my offerings. I want all women to know how to care for their female anatomy and energy. Sessions are a true blend of body, mind, heart and soul.
