Hello! My name is Iara (pronounced "Yara"). I have always been fascinated by all things involving women's health and the health of all genders with uteruses. Around 2014 I became a Certified Professional Midwife in Oregon, and while I am not currently practicing midwifery, it greatly informs the types of bodywork I offer and the ideals that I operate under.

I happily welcome clients seeking the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy for a range of goals including: cycle regulation, fertility support, optimal fetal positioning in pregnancy, digestive issues, back and pelvic pain, and general wellness.
