I am a wife, mother of 2 young children, lover of nature, a community based midwife. Midwifery is what brought me to this work, when a treasured mentor midwife of mine was going through her training in Arvigo®️ Therapy and said she didn’t know how you could be a midwife and not do this work! I was fortunate to do this training before having my own children and was supported with this work through both of my pregnancies which was immensely beneficial for my many discomforts that I had. I am beginning to incorporate this more into my midwifery practice, and work largely with pregnant women, but offer it to women of all ages.
