I’ve been an Arvigo Practitioner and Self-Care Teacher for the last ten years and I’m passionate about helping men and women on their path to optimal health. I’m also an Acupuncturist and find these two therapies complement one another in so many ways.

For the last six years, I’ve been living in South-East Asia teaching in Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand. Currently, I’m based in Thailand and my focus has moved to online consultations and workshops.

I had menstrual problems most of my life. So, I now feel it’s important to help women realize their periods shouldn’t be painful and I especially love working with mothers and daughters. I believe if young girls understood more about their bodies and cycles from the beginning, it would be a game changer for women!

At Optimal Reproductive Health our passion is around preconception health and creating a new narrative around fertility. Preparing to Conceive is essential and often overlooked. We love inspiring you with the knowledge and tools to take your health into your own hands.

Parenting really does begin before conception. It also takes two, so it’s important that both partners are working together and seeking treatment together.

People come to this work for all kinds of reasons; typically, because other avenues were not working. Magic happens when we connect in with our belly and breath.

The abdomen is our power source, our core, the center of our universe. Our health, movement and life force originate from this focal point. It makes sense to start here to attend to our health concerns.
