I have come to understand that pelvic and abdominal health is an important and vital journey, especially for female bodies in our current society. I support women, wherever we/they are in their process of connecting and understanding all that is carried in our pelvic bowls and in our wombs. Menstrual concerns, fertility challenges, fibroids, heading toward menopause, or simply knowing that there is healing to be had in the developing of a new connection with your abdomen and womb. I bring over 20 years of bodywork experience to the table, with training in deep tissue work as well as my offerings of abdominal and sacral work. I also offer consultations and circles for vaginal/yoni steaming, which is a deep passion of mine, and is a practice that I believe can lead to powerful transformations.
