Janelle helps women get out of their heads and into their body so that they can access their womb wisdom to guide their journey through mothering rites of passage. Working in the areas of pelvic health, mental health and menstrual cycles, Janelle brings an integrated and holistic approach to these often segmented aspects of woman care. She believes that our bodies and wombs hold our stories, and that witnessing and self care are powerful aspects of preparing for and recovering from mother transitions.
