I live and work in Brighton in the UK. As well as practicing as an Arvigo therapist I work as a sex and love transformational coach and I have lived for many years on and off in Mexico learning and practicing through ceremony the spiritual traditions of the land. I like to work in truly holistic way so each session is an invitation to fully drop into and be with what is happening on the physical, emotional and spiritual parts of your being. I work in a trauma informed way which empowers you to be in control of your own healing process every step of the way
